PASSENGERS ATTENTION
VESSEL SUBSTITUTION & DELAYS
Komodo Golden Cruise reserves the right to change the vessel in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passenger. Komodo Golden Cruise shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise in the event of substitution, cancellation or delayed trips. Komodo Golden Cruise shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through substitution, cancellation or delayed trips. Any additional expenses arising shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the passenger.
BOOKING CHANGES & OPEN TICKET
Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made at least 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season, and 4 days prior to guest departure for high season (June, July, August, December and January).
CONNECTING FLIGHTS
Komodo Golden Cruise is a beach-to-beach point carrier and we do not take any responsibility for delays to connecting flights at any airport. to avoid disappointment, Komodo Golden Cruise advises all of our passengers to allow at least 24 hours before onward travel of any kind.
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge while not exceeding a total weight of 30 Kg. Komodo Golden Cruise reserves the right to check the contents of any baggage and also refuse any baggage items. Komodo Golden Cruise does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.
CANCELLATION AND DELAYS
Cancellation by Komodo Golden Cruise :
Komodo Golden Cruise reserves the right to vary the schedule without liability from the passenger for any reason. Komodo Golden Cruise may also cancel, delay or vary the trip due to bad weather or for any other reason related to passenger and crew safety. In the event of a trip cancelled by Komodo Golden Cruise because of a major problem with the vessel, Komodo Golden Cruise shall refund any money that has been paid by the passenger direct, or any funds already paid by an agent to Komodo Golden Cruise on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to the agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
LATE ARRIVE OR NO SHOW
Cancellation trip by Passengers :
The passenger will be charged in full for any late arrival or no show on the day of the trip. In the event of a booking being cancelled by the passenger, Komodo Golden Cruise reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
Cancellation more than 2 weeks of travel : full refund ticket.
Cancellation between 48 hours – 2 weeks : 50% refund ticket.
Cancellation less than 48 hours : NO REFUND
A NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
Komodo Golden Cruise may not provide a refund to a passenger in the event that a trip is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions or by the direction from the Indonesian Government or relevant Harbor Master. The passenger will be given every opportunity to re-schedule with Komodo Golden Cruise at a later date, and all tickets issued are valid for 12 months. In the event the passenger cannot re-schedule, then Komodo Golden Cruise reserves the right to offer a refund. No refunds will be given for an Open Ticket due to limited seat availability.
Bank processing fees will be charged for all payments made via Credit card (3%), Debit Card (3%), Transfer Bank Correspondence fee, PayPal payment Charge Fee.
Please note that fast boat transfers with Komodo Golden Cruise are NOT suitable for the following guests:
- - Pregnant woman
- - Guests suffering from heart conditions
- - Guests suffering serious back complaints or
- - Guests suffering from any serious physical impairments
Should any guests still decide to travel with Komodo Golden Cruise, they will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to departure releasing Komodo Golden Cruise and its staff & agents from any legal action.
